远在人们精炼出白砂糖之前,在我国两大甘蔗产地之一的云南,古老的村落里,世代传承着甘蔗制糖的最初代工艺----也就是现在我们口中的“云南古法红糖”。

精选生长于海拔1300-1500米的云南高原甘蔗,只用初榨甘蔗汁,18口连环锅以小火熬煮,经过榨汁、开泡、赶水、过滤、摇瓢、打沙、成型等过程,不同的锅承担着不同的任务,历经“五榨三滤两浮一沉”,佐以老姜母云南顶级有机玫瑰与红糖碰撞出更热烈的火花,约10-12个小时后,即可舀入模子,冷却成型。

没有增色剂,没有粘合剂,没有防腐剂,没有一切现代使用的添加剂,没有精加工。

1.最简单的方法莫过于泡一杯温热的红糖水了。将1粒古法红糖置于150-300ml热水中,完全溶解后,轻轻搅匀即可。按个人甜度喜好,可适当加减水量。

Where can we find natural sugar? With this question in mind, we date back to thousands of years ago, when sugar was first extracted from sugar cane in the Southeast Asia, presenting you

  • The Ancient Recipe Brown Sugar Blocks

Harvested around 1300 to 1500 meters above sea level, people in Yunnan Plateau, China, follow the ancient way to transform their sugar canes into sugar blocks. In this way, they can make sure they store enough sugar to consume through winter and wait until next harvest comes. 

  • The sugar blocks are produced from the first press of ripened sugarcane.
  • The juice from this first press is slowly heated for up to 10-12 hours and 7 steps to remove excess water and concentrate the sugars.
  • Last but not least, add the finest rose or ginger as finishing touch for more flavor. 
  • It is sweet and proffers the natural aroma of sugarcane and hints of amber.
  • 100% natural ingredients. No preservatives. No additives. Way before we know how to refine. 

 How to enjoy it?

1. Simply drop one Ancient Recipe Brow Sugar Block in your cup, add 150-300ml hot water(depends on how sweet you like), wait for a few minutes till it's totally melt into water. To make it melt faster, you may use hotter water or smash the sugar block into smaller pieces. 

2.Use it to sweeten your drink or dessert. 

3. Each piece of sugar block is packed individually, it's perfect to be taken away for your outdoor activities as a natural energy filler. 

Storage:

Store between 15 to 25 ℃. Keep it dried. Store in the fridge, either cooler or freezer, can preserve the freshness for a longer time.
